How did you get into Skiing?
My parents started me skiing at around 4 years old and I joined the Missoula Freestyle Team a couple years later. I grew up skiing steep terrain, moguls and handmade jumps. I eventually made the transition to slopestyle competition and then into backcountry filming years later.
What is your favorite shred spot?
I love skiing all over the place because you get to ski with different friends and a different vibe everytime. If I had to choose though it would either be in my homestate of Montana or at Rocanegra Lodge in Chile.
I love Backcountry and Park and try to keep a good balance between the two. Park when there isn't snow and BC when there is.

If you could have dinner with 3 people, dead or alive, who would they be and why?
Nikola Tesla first off because he was truly a genius. Then probably Alan Watts because he was not only incredibly wise but also had a great sense of humor. And to round it out I would go with my Grandfather Bob Hamilton because I never got to meet him and regret it.
What are your goals for this season?
I want to learn some new grabs in my double flips while having a blast filming and skiing with my best buddy Dean Bercovitch. I also want to progress my skiing in the Backcountry and climb and ski big mountains.
Who is your favorite pro athlete and why?
That's a tough one. I would say a mix of Steph Curry for work ethic, Payton Manning for longevity, and Zlatan Ibrahimovic for flair.
What are 3 things you like to do outside of Skiing?
This summer I think trail running in the mountains of my hometown was my favorite off season crosstraining. I also love climbing at the local bouldering gym in Missoula, Freestone. At lastly I have become obsessed with the intricacies of Golf, I golfed at least 3 or 4 times a week this summer and still have a lot to learn. I managed to play my first under-par round though which was a huge goal.
Who are the top 3 bands/artists you're into right now?
Daft Punk is always my go to, and I love movie soundtracks. Recently I have been listening to lots of music made by friends both in SLC and MT, Shakewell, Kung Fu Kongress, Onza DaVichi, Prolific MC, Clay, Sur-Ren, Boozhi and Captain Maximus have all been getting me stoked.
What sets you apart?
I would say my background in moguls and growing up without a park has built my skiing up from a foundation of solid basics so I am able to adapt and take my tricks into the Backcountry. I also like to learn scary/difficult/weird tricks that other people don't do.
What advice would you give kids that want to make in your sport?
Ignite your passion for sliding down a mountain and ski as much as possible. Fall in love with skiing and ski for fun, not for outside recognition or glory.
